Straws everywhere

When plastic straws were banned, I felt happy and kinda hopeful. Of course that there are some people that say "but what about companies, they wouldn't stop their business and they're the ones to blame when it comes to global warming"

I disagree. When I go to the beach, plastic is EVERYWHERE. The landscape, totally ruined by its presence. Not to mention how harmful this is for marine life. Turtles, fish, and among other beautiful creatures end up eating, getting stuck, etc with this plastic people decide to discard.

The great thing is that SodaStream enlists celebrities in war on plastic pollution. "The plastic pollution collected by the contraption will be used to create an exhibition to encourage consumers to think twice before using disposable plastic cups, straws, bags and bottles."

By the way, I have my sparkling water maker and it's SodaStream. I LOOOOOVE IT!
