Fire. Again.

More than a dozen people are missing in a series of wildfires in Argentina, set on purpose and then fueled by hot and windy conditions.

Authorities say the blazes were intentionally set, most likely in connection with a local conflict, according to Telam, the country's national news agency.

"The outbreaks were started simultaneously in different locations," Interior Minister Wado de Pedro said. "It was not a lightning strike or an accident, it is clearly intentional fires, which affect not only native forests, local flora and fauna, but also thousands of people who run risk of life."

Temperatures in the 90s and high winds helped spread the flames, national officials said.

The fires were burning in several spots in the Patagonia region known as the 42nd Parallel. They were being fought from both the ground and air.

Set. On. Purpose. Yeah, I know. It hurts.

Those forests are blazing. The breathtakingly beautiful Patagonia is suffering.

Please share and spread the word. 🙏🏼
