Grateful

I'm blessed to have clean drinking water and, of course I'm so thankful about that since there are A LOT of people who can't access to clean water.

I was lucky to go hiking and be able to drink the water from the lakes and from a glacier. It was the best experience ever.

Take a look at these facts:

It is a cruel irony that tropical regions blessed with abundant rainfall are often cursed with an inability to deliver clean water to thirsty people.

In the slums of Mumbai, for example, it rains close to half the year, sometimes in monsoon-like deluges. Yet residents are forced to stand in long lines to collect water for drinking, cooking and bathing. Alternatively, they must pay exorbitant prices for bottled water.

New Israeli-made device captures and filters rainwater for drinking, cooking and bathing in off-the-grid communities.

What do you think?

Love,
